Estate Argyros follows with scale and history: the island’s largest private holder of ungrafted old vines, some parcels planted before Greek independence. Their modern tasting room runs polished estate experiences, but the reason collectors make pilgrimages is Vinsanto — and this is the place on Santorini to taste it vertically, vintage against vintage, watching two decades of sun turn to caramel and salt in the glass.

The third seat is yours.
