The short version

We collect only what a booking needs — your name, contact details, dates, and party information — use it only to run your tour, share it only with the wineries and partners delivering your experience, and never sell it to anyone. This site currently sets no analytics or advertising cookies. You can ask for your data, or its deletion, any time at Info@SantoriniWineTours.com.

What we collect, and why

Booking requests: tour choice, dates, party size, name, email, optional phone/WhatsApp number, and any notes you add (hotel, dietary needs, occasions). Legal basis: taking steps toward a contract at your request. Without a configured form backend, the form opens an email draft in your own mail app — nothing is transmitted until you press send there. Direct messages: if you contact us by WhatsApp, email, or phone, we process what you send through those channels to answer you; WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to that platform. Running your tour: we share the minimum needed — typically party size, first names, and dietary flags — with the wineries, restaurants, and (for sea or proposal experiences) our family partner companies delivering your booking.

Cookies and analytics

As of the date above, this site sets no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies — browsing here leaves no marketing trail. If we later add analytics, it will load only after you actively accept a consent banner with equally prominent Accept and Decline options, and this policy will be updated first. Strictly necessary technical storage (such as remembering a consent choice itself) is the only exception.

Retention

Booking correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deliver your tour and meet Greek tax and accounting obligations, then deleted. Inquiry messages that never become bookings are deleted within 24 months.

Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent where processing rests on it — all via Info@SantoriniWineTours.com, answered within a month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

Security & transfers

The site is served over HTTPS with modern security headers; booking data lives in our business email and booking systems, access-limited to the family team. We do not transfer your data outside the EU/EEA except through the communication platforms you yourself choose to contact us on.

Changes
