The sunset sailing is the postcard: the buffet as the light turns, then the run home beneath Oia with the sky doing its famous thing. It books out fastest — the semi-private sunset cruise is the Sirigos fleet’s signature departure — so reserve early in July and August.

Either way, “semi-private” means what it says: a limited group on a spacious catamaran, not a party barge with a queue for the rail.
